  • For Products that need shipping/delivery, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the time frame mentioned, but we do not guarantee specific dates.

  • For Services (such as setting up gardens, consultancy etc.), timelines will be agreed in advance; changes may occur due to weather, supply issues, or unexpected site conditions.

  • Site access must be provided for installation services; any delays caused by lack of access or unforeseen site impediments may result in additional charges.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you are unsatisfied with a Product, you must notify us within [X] days of delivery. Returned products must be in original condition (unless defective), packaging, etc.

  • For Services, cancellations or postponements must be communicated in writing at least [Y] days prior to the scheduled service date. Depending on how close to the service date, cancellation fees may apply.
